At Henton’s Computer Services, we pride ourselves on offering competitive rates for both labour and parts. Our pricing is transparent, fair and designed to give you excellent value for money.
Our prices are as follows:
Home Users
- £50.00 per hour
- £60.00 per hour for locations further from our base in Sleaford*
- Part‑hours: £25.00 (or £30.00*) per 30 minutes, rounded to the next half hour
- Minimum charge: 1 hour
- No call‑out fee
- Prices exclude any parts required
- Quotations available on request
Business Users
- £60.00 per hour
- £75.00 per hour for locations further from our base in Sleaford*
- Part‑hours: £30.00 (or £37.50*) per 30 minutes, rounded to the next half hour
- Minimum charge: 1 hour
- No call‑out fee
- Prices exclude any parts required
- Quotations available on request
Exceptions
The following services are charged individually rather than per hour:
- CMS Website Creation, Maintenance and Support
- Support contracts
- Quotations available on request

Terms & Conditions
No Fix – No Fee (when applicable). If we are unable to resolve or repair the issue, no charge will be made.
However, charges will apply if:
- We diagnose the issue but you choose not to proceed
- We cannot complete the repair due to missing software or licence information
- We are stopped from completing work required.
Exemptions (No Fix – No Fee does NOT apply to):
- Virus, spyware, adware or malware checking/removal
- Laptop, netbook or portable device repairs
- Data recovery work
- Broadband or internet connection issues
- CMS Websites
Distances
*For travel beyond 15 miles from Sleaford, a small price increase applies to cover additional travel time and costs.
Payment
We accept the following payment methods:
- Cash
- Bank transfer
- Cheque (with valid debit card information)
- PayPal (+10% fee)
- Business invoices (strictly 14 days net)
Henton’s Computer Services may request payment in advance or require security for invoice settlement.
If payment terms are not met, we reserve the right to withhold further services or terminate the agreement. Any outstanding balance becomes immediately due.
- Late payments: Subject to a 10% monthly finance charge
- Additional interest: May be applied in line with government guidelines
Miscellaneous
Prices are subject to change, for example, in line with inflation or when external third-party increases are beyond our control. Where possible we will make every effort to inform customers of any price increases prior to work commencing or by the time the work is completed.
